• The Shopping Entertainment Centre will be built in the new center of Saratov City with a permanently developed administrative and residential infrastructure.
• Location – in one of the largest districts of Saratov City which is developing dynamically. The area of Leninsky district is 119.8 sq km. The population is 262,400 people, which is 31% of the total Saratov population.
• Massive residential development will increase the population of the region to 150,000 people.
• Project site has the image of a historical “trading center” of the city.
• Comfort-class residential complex with a total area of 140,000 sq m for 5000 residents (under construction). This is the part of conceptual complex TAU City.
